Ten minutes before a session, you join the waiting queue. When a small group is ready, the coach lets you in.
Camera on, so the coach can guide you — but only the coach sees it. You practice out loud with a few other learners.
The biggest reason people avoid speaking practice is the fear of being watched. So here, other learners can hear you — but they can never see you. Your video goes to the coach alone, who can mute or remove anyone the moment a rule is broken.
There's no fixed slot length — the session simply runs longer when more learners are in the queue, so everyone still gets a real turn to speak.
A smaller queue — enough for everyone to speak at least once.
A steady queue — time for a warm-up question and a proper turn each.
Up to 8 learners — the maximum for one session, so everyone is still heard and corrected properly.
The coach decides the length once the queue opens, based on who's waiting at that moment. If more than 8 people join, extra learners move straight to the front of the next session's queue.
